1.  Will my order be acknowledged? 

     A. We will acknowledge you order by e-mail within 48 hours and include a  toll free

         number to check the status on your order.

2.  When will my item/items ship?

     A.  Many items will ship within 2-3 days.  If an item is out of stock it may take as

          much as four  (4) weeks to ship.  These are individual works of art,  not 

          production line copies.

          Many artisans must work on each piece to give you the finished work you can

          treasure for a lifetime.  Please review the Creation of Bronze Art  for a full

          explanation of the process.

3.  What if the item arrives damaged or defective?

      A. If the package arrives and appears to be damaged follow the procedure

          described in Shipping.  If you feel the artwork is defective please call J. R. Willey

          Company, Inc. at the toll free number you were given with your order

          acknowledgement and we will work with you to correct the problem to your

          satisfaction.
